Thanks to all who came for today's meeting: Anna, Hilary, Elizabeth, Hansika, Rebecca, Sung Jun, Vince. It was a pretty successful meeting, though pretty short. Time flies... Anyways, we'll have another meeting same day, same time, same venue. We will decide on te final poems and split up the poems accordingly for editing by each individual committee members. We will try to limit the editing dateline within 2 weeks, and illustration dateline within the following 2 weeks. We will then compile the final product in soft copy and hard copy, then ready to discuss the financing for publishing and charity work, etc. We have to get everything done by end of April.

Currently, Anna will look through the poems not selected by us to see if it could be edited further, I will look through the poems that are selected to see if it needs additional editing etc.
All these will be done in 2 weeks and the next meeting, we'll decide on the final 150 poems/short stories (tentative). Cover voting will be carried out on this blog as well as S3 Ruby's Blog. Anyone can vote. Majority wins. Voting will be from now until the next meeting. We would finalise the cover and book format, in charged by Hansika and me respectively.

Elizabeth and Anna will arrange the next meeting, in case there're changes and lead the main editing group.
