    The 5th of March would be our 2nd meeting. We will:
    **Only editing committee and photographer and volunteers needed for this meeting**
    Decide on our final poems, taking into consideration that we WILL edit the poems.
    Anna would look through the not selected poems and I will look through the selected ones. We would discuss the final ones that day and split the poems among the editing group of our committee for editing. Note on this, PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL POEMS FOR CHECKING BY MS JOHNSON. You will have to report the no. of poems you are taking to me to ensure that the poems will not go missing.

    In another 2 more weeks, 19th of March, all the poems should be edited already. We will then:
    **ALL the committee members**
    Discuss on the illustration. Edited poems will then be passed to the illustrators for illustrating. ILLUSTRATION TO BE DONE ON SEPERATE PIECE OF WHITE A4 PAPER.

    In another 2 weeks, on 8th and 9th April, we should be done with illustration and we will:
    **ALL committee members**
    Do some housekeeping work i.e. final editing of the illustration and poems (to be done during the meeting itself) and to be sent to administrative section of the team for compilation.

    All above information will be tentative and will be finalised by Anna. There might be holiday breaks, excursion, clashing with our meeting or whatever... so it is very tentative....

    Simultaneously during all the meeting, Hansika, Anna, Elizabeth and I will be in the admin. group and we will focus on the formatting of the book and compiling all of them in soft copy. Hansika will continue working on the cover for a few more weeks as seen from the previous post.

    In another 2 weeks from the last meeting, we will discuss on the soft copy, to see if anything needs to be changed etc. All members need to come for the meeeting. After checking, we will discuss on publishing and our CIP idea, with Ms Johnson. There will be 2 separate meetings for this.

    In a week, we will publish the book and set the price. All financial matters would be settled by the teachers-in-charge and admin. group. Selling of books - such as setting up a booth, selling the books outside etc. would be discussed in future. All these to be done by April 30. May and June would be used mainly for revising for the big exam, however, depending on the sell of book, we may have to pick a few days to sell the books and make poster dot dot dot...
