    Roles and Responsibilities:
    In-Charge: Lead the committee and to look over it to make sure everything runs well. Organizes meeting. Choose and edit poem. Runs the blog.

    Editors: Generally to choose and edit poem.
    Hilary, Jess, Theresa, Vince, Sung Jun

    Illustrator In-Charge: To look over graphics team to ensure illustration is relevant to the poem. Have to interpret the poem well to do this. Illustrate for the poems/stories.

    Illustrator: Interpret poems and illustrate for the poem/story.

    Book cover illustrator: Highly skilled in art and design to design both the back and front cover, as well as the formatting of contents etc.

    Photographer: Highly skilled in photography skills and photoshopping etc.

    Publicity, Logistic and Admin Manager: Organize publicity efforts. Liaise with teacher in looking for publisher, working with publisher and compile all the poems and stories with the illustration into hard copy.

    NB: The publishing outine are as followed, it might not be accurate, depending on the company itself:
    (1) We worked with a printing company in Shanghai
    (2) We gave them copies of our work in hard copies.
    (3) They transform into pages ready for printing using Photoshop & Illustrator
    (4) The pages are then compiled into the PDF format
    (5) Look at the whole book and approve page by page
    (6) A colour proof is then printed. This is the actual output in colour that we should be expecting.
    (7) After approval, mass production starts.
    (!) All works must be original and cannot be plagiarised. We do not want to get in trouble...
